Livia joined this project in its final stages. Her main task was the exterior details. These differed from the details of the office's other projects. Because the development was built in phases, it needed joints between the parts, and each joint had to be resolved for the area where it appeared.

The renderings were made in the office for the project. The office team took the site photographs during visits at different stages.
